A comprehensive range of rooms and facilities is available to hire, from small meeting rooms and conference break-out areas to our sanctuary seating 220. We offer competitive rates for conferences, meetings, weddings, parties and group hire, and our rooms are available Monday to Saturday.

The kitchen
Our main kitchen can be hired alongside the Sanctuary, Large Lounge or Small Lounge, complete with commercial grade equipment:
- Large freezer and large fridge
- Microwave (1000W)

- 15 litre hot water boiler
- 2 x 6-burner double ovens
- £7per hour for refreshments only
- £15per hour for full kitchen facilities when hired with another room
- £25per hour when hired on its own (non-exclusive)

We have used the great facilities available at STBBC for many public meetings. The staff and volunteers are very helpful and accommodating.
We regularly use the STBBC premises for our weekly assemblies, school productions and shows. The staff are always very friendly and go out of their way to fulfil our needs.
All the staff we have dealt with at STBBC have been extremely helpful and all the resources and facilities are more than adequate for our needs. There is a good variation in room sizes which caters for very small groups right up to our monthly meetings of 250 plus. I would recommend this as a venue to any groups seeking a good meeting place.

Our building
A home on Thorpedene Gardens
Our church has been meeting together in Shoeburyness since 1910, and our current buildings opened on the corner of Caulfield Road and Thorpedene Gardens in 2006.
We are pleased to host a fully accessible, comprehensive suite of multi-purpose rooms and facilities to serve our local community, which are also made available to hire.
