A comprehensive range of rooms and facilities are available to hire at STBBC, offering fully accessible, multi-purpose spaces from small meeting rooms to conference break-out areas and our sanctuary with a seated capacity of 220. As one of the leading venue hire spaces in the Southend area, we're proud to offer an exemplary service at competitive rates suitable for conferences, meetings, weddings, parties, group hire and other activities. Our rooms are available to hire Monday - Saturday.

Our main kitchen is available to hire alongside bookings of the Sanctuary, Large Lounge and Small Lounge complete with commercial grade equipment, including:

Dishwasher
15 litre hot water boiler
2 x 6 burner double ovens
Basic Rate: .£7.00 per hour for refreshments only and £15.00 per hour for Full kitchen facilities, when hired with another room and subject to availability.
£25.00 per hour when hired standalone (non exclusive).
